1 Star: This consultation had no value.

2 Star: This consultation had very little value, but I gained some information.

3 Star: This consultation partially met my expectations, but was not excellent.

4 Star: This consultation met my expectations, and filled my knowledge gaps on a basic level.

5 Star: This consultation met (or exceeded!) my expectations, and filled my knowledge gaps on an in-depth level.
