Our Experts are our most valuable asset. We value your referrals and aim to make the process as smooth as possible for you and the colleagues you refer.

FAQ:

1. What do you get for referring a friend?

When you recommend colleagues to join our network, you earn a token $100 referral fee for each person that gets booked on a consultation.

2. Are there limits to rewards?

Yes, you can earn up to $5,000 in a calendar year.

3. What actions should I take?

Email research@onfrontiers.com with your colleagues’ email address, telephone number, Linkedin account, or social media profiles. Our Research team will reach out to them.

Make sure your referee consents to you sharing their contact details with us. OnFrontiers will not be responsible for consequences due to your failure to get consent from referee.

4. How does OnFrontiers track referrals?

Our internal database labels you, the referrer, as “sourcer”. This alerts us to pay you a referral reward when we process the payment for your referred Expert.

5. Does OnFrontiers have an ambassador or advisor program beyond referrals?

Yes. If you are interested in learning more, please email support@onfrontiers.com.

Additional rules for rewards:

1. Non-Circumvention

Sometimes clients will ask for referrals after you complete a consultation. Per Term 6: Non-Circumvention of OF EXPERT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT: you shall not connect a referee with clients under any circumstances. Please refer experts to OnFrontiers, we will schedule consultations between clients and them.

2. Taxation

Note that rewards may be subject to taxation in accordance with federal and state law. OnFrontiers' finance team will reach out to you if you are subject to taxation policy.
