Clients have the ability to rate their interactions and calls with experts who are part of the OnFrontiers community. The rating appears on the expert’s profile page. Clients primarily rate experts on 1) the usefulness of the call; and 2) their communication during the call.
As experts complete more calls successfully, their rating will increase on a five-point scale (experts are given an initial rating based on their years of experience). The number of stars displayed on an expert’s profile is an aggregate of scores clients have given.
