What happens if I cancel my call?

In respect of the Expert's time, we charge the following fees for calls cancelled by clients:

  • Cancellations greater than 24 hours before scheduled call time: no charge

  • Cancellations 24-12 hours before scheduled call time: 50% of charges based on the booked time of the call

  • Cancellations less than 12 hours to right before scheduled call time: 75% of charges based on the booked time of the call

  • No shows (if the client has not joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and the call cannot be rescheduled): 100% of charges based on the booked time of the call

  • 50% will be charged when a user cancels even in the case that the cancellation is over 24 hours, if there has been at least one rescheduling.
