You can use credits across all of OnFrontiers services, including all Expert engagements, call transcripts and custom matching on your projects.  Read more here onfrnt.rs/pricing

Expert calls

Experts set their hourly rates on our platform. On average, a one hour consultation with an Expert is 1.25 credits.  The Expert hourly credit rate is clearly labeled on their profile (as illustrated below).

We apply a 30-minute minimum call length for the first call with a new Expert and 15-minute minimum for follow-ups.  Time on the call after the minimum is rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes.

Call transcript

You can order a transcript from your Expert call and have it ready within 24 hours.  You can order this on the Expert consultation page.  The charge for a transcript is 0.01 credits / minute

Custom matching projects

When you create a project on OnFrontiers, a research manager matches you with experts who fit with your knowledge requirements.  We call this custom matching .  You will be charged for activity on a custom matching project as follows:

  • 1.5 credits for each first consultation -- this is charged each time you complete the first consultation with a new expert.

Direct connections with listed experts

Your cost per consultation goes down further when you engage with an expert directly on the platform, unassisted by a research manager.  In these cases, you are only charged for the Expert Fee component.  Just start by typing in your keywords where it says "Search Experts" at the top of the app (or the question mark symbol on mobile).

Ancillary services

We also deduct additional credits from your account for ancillary services (such as written responses, expert written reviews, translation, and proposal sourcing) as well as cancelations and no-show penalties.
