How Can I Send a Message to a Client Post-Consultation?

After a consultation ends, experts and clients can continue the conversation through the OnFrontiers messaging feature.

To send a post-consultation message:

  1. Log into OnFrontiers and go to your Consultations tab
  2. Find the completed consultation in your history
  3. Click the consultation to open it; you'll see a message thread
  4. Type your message and send

Common reasons to message after a call:

Messages go through OnFrontiers (not directly to the client's personal email), preserving the privacy and audit trail of the engagement. Clients receive a notification when you send a message.

Note: the post-consultation message thread is for the engagement only — not for direct ongoing business outside the OnFrontiers platform. If a client wants to engage you for additional work, route it back through OnFrontiers.
