Cancellations & no-shows
We charge penalty fees for calls canceled by clients in respect of the Expert's time. They vary according to the timing of the cancellation and recurrence:
- No-shows: Clients pay 100% of the consultation charges*
- Cancellations or request to reschedule during the call: 100% of charges*
- Cancellations or reschedule with less than 12h in advance: 100% of charges*
- Reschedule with more than 12h in advance: No penalty fees if rescheduling options go out within 24h. After the second rescheduling request, clients pay 100%*
*Consultation charges = Expert's hourly rate + OnFrontiers booking fee
