How does the OnFrontiers Expert Vetting Process work?
OnFrontiers vets experts across multiple dimensions to ensure clients are getting reliable, relevant expertise:
Profile verification
- LinkedIn cross-check on professional history
- CV/resume review
- Photo and identity verification
Subject-matter qualification
- Headline, bio, and answer to industry-specific questions submitted at registration
- Tagging by industry, function, and geography
- Listed publications, certifications, and credentials
Compliance training
- Required for all experts before first consultation
- Covers confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and non-public information policies
Ongoing performance signals
- Client ratings after consultations
- No-show or cancellation patterns
- Feedback on consultation quality
Experts who don't pass the initial review or who repeatedly fail to meet quality bars are deactivated. The vetting bar is intentionally high because our customers — typically enterprise and federal clients — need to trust the expertise they're paying for.
