How will the call logistics work?
Here are some tips for managing the logistics of consultations:
- Plan to dial-in or join the web consultation 15 minutes before the scheduled time to check and fix any issues. Hearing music means you successfully connected and are waiting for the client to join.
- Check your device. If joining via web — use the latest version of Chrome and allow OnFrontiers to access your microphone. Use PC/Mac browsers, not mobile. Use wired headphones for better quality.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure it's fast and stable.
- Find a quiet spot to avoid disruption.
Being prompt and ensuring good call quality boosts your ranking within our community of Experts. After the consultation starts, you'll be prompted with the Zoom interface and have the option to mute your video.
