How do I opt out of arbitration in the Expert Participation Agreement?
The updated Expert Participation Agreement (August 2026) includes an arbitration provision with class-action and jury waivers. You have the right to opt out of arbitration, and opting out does not affect your standing on the Platform in any way.
Your deadline
- If you registered as an expert before August 11, 2026: you may opt out until October 1, 2026, or 30 days after you accept the updated agreement, whichever is later.
- If you registered on or after August 11, 2026: you may opt out within 30 days of first accepting the Expert Participation Agreement.
How to opt out
Send an email to hello@onfrontiers.com that includes:
- Your full name, and
- A statement that you are opting out of arbitration under Section 15 of the Expert Participation Agreement.
A subject line like "Arbitration opt-out" helps us process it quickly. You will receive a confirmation once your opt-out is recorded.
Example:
Subject: Arbitration opt-out
My name is [full name]. I am opting out of arbitration under Section 15 of the Expert Participation Agreement.
What opting out means
If you opt out, you are not bound by the arbitration, class-action-waiver, or jury-waiver provisions (Sections 15.3, 15.4, and 15.8). Any disputes would instead be resolved in the courts specified in Section 15.2 of the agreement. Every other part of the agreement stays the same, and opting out does not disadvantage you on the Platform in any way — your access, matching, and payment are unaffected.
If you do nothing, the arbitration provision applies as written.
